TO: Everyone

I have just spoken with R.E. Jensen and he wishes me to inform the
readers of this thread that GPGI is expecting payment from the two
refiners who are recipients of their products within the near very
future, and this is well before "several months." He does not know
how much the checks will be, but he has promised to release the
information and assays when they are received. The rumors that we
were not going to receive payment for 2-3 months are, in his words,
"highly erroneous." In other words, it would appear Russ Twiford was
absolutely correct.

In addition, he said they are hiring a CFO to complete their financial
statements so they can get off the "designated securities" list. He
expects this to happen before the end of the year. The significance
of this is that brokers will then be able to recommend GPGI for
purchase to their customers.

He felt last Monday's meeting at the mill site went very well, and he
expected a great deal of interest to be generated by Saturday's
meeting at the refinery. Present will be several mutual fund managers
as well as people from the investment banking community.

At present the mill continues to produce approximately 400+ pounds of
dore metal per day including the copper collector. The 2nd refinery
is increasing their capacity to handle GPGI's product.

Lastly, he said it was very unfortunate that the share price has
dropped as low as it has when we are on the verge of success and
receipt of our first checks from production. Much of this he feels
was due to the rumors of non-payment, although lower precious metal
prices have probably not helped.

He stressed we had taken a different route than IPM, and Delgratia,
and he felt it was the correct way to go. Proving reserves when ore
grades will not allow a firm to produce a saleable product is not
a viable course for the desert sand companies he said.

My overall sense is that he is very pleased with the way things are
progressing and the future is bright for those who are patient. He
said he had been asked in the past to release news in an attempt to
support the share price which he is reluctant to do. In other words,
when he has news he will release it, but he will not "hype" the stock.
My feeling is that when we get into sustained production, we will gain
credibility and when the investment community realizes we are for
real, there will be a flood of money into this issue, IMHO.

Regards,

Jeff Williams
