There is an S-3/A dated 12/3/97 for RNKT.
Hi Clarence

An S-3/A was filed on 12/3/97. File number 333-35571.

Also on 12/3 a 10KSB/A was filed. In that filing it states "The number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of October 21, 1997 - common stock - 29,208,268."

I am not going to pretend I know all the issues regarding the conversion of warrants and preferred into common stock. Since
there is no preferred any more and less than 200,000 warrants, I guess fully diluted shares outstanding is about 29.4 million shares.

The share dilution is annoying. It wouldn't prevent me from buying more though. Hopefully RNTK generates enough cash from Okon and ITN so further dilution is minimal.

These two mistakes I've made proves you can't believe anything you read on the Internet. You have to confirm what people say.
