They would be much more profitable if they canceled their healthcare plan. Ever deal with a Costco employee? Have yet to find one who wasn't professional and helpful. The one time I've been in a Walmart the employee of whom I asked a question was surly and unhelpful. Since then, I have heard other Walmart employees speak out. They don't seem to be happy campers. And if you don't think that effects a company's bottom line, I've got a bridge to sell you.
