Don:

I tryed to get in with a 9,000sh. buy at 3:58, but didn't make it. If it goes any lower we are going to need a microscope to see our holdings.

The situation is beyond possible satisfaction.
The only hope is to buy at the lowest possible price, and hope there is a moderate upswing at some point.

Best,

George

Don:

Called my broker. National Discount. Since they are a discount broker they are not forthcoming with advice. But he did answer my technical questions. Reverse split is an attempt by a company in financial trouble to be more attractive to potential buyers. A droping to the original price after the reverse confirms real trouble and the potential for bankruptcy.

I'm not a happy camper.

Best,

George
