come to think about it, my mom let her's expire, many of her friends, my brothers. I know many people. you can buy stuff just as cheap at grocery stores when they go on sale and you don't have to buy 30 lbs of it. So you end up throwing away what you saved and more. the costcos around here are now mostly empty. smart people caught on to the scam

I go to Walmart about once a year whether I need to or not. And personally, I could care less whether anyone is smiling and I'm not going to pay a fee for it either way.

This is just a matter of one's personal preference. I think it is great you enjoy shopping at Costco. I hate going in stores, pretty much of any kind, and I'm pleased my wife likes doing our shopping.
