The way he treated the serving staff spoke volumes. Mitt has a massive sense of entitlement, the serving staff merely existed to serve him and his buddies. The fact they were also voters never occurred to him.

What Bill did is what every successful politicians do, he treated the serving staff as potential voters and expended a little effort to try to get them to vote for him. And was likely very successful, too.
