What will stop them from building in implied debt assumption/responsibility.... The same thing that stops "them" from taking away ILL gotten gains from the children of bootleggers, robber barons, TBTF bank head's and many other questionable characters of the past. As to your second paragraph....all I can say is WOW....really? That's your view of the future? LOL You've posted a number of insightful takes on what's happening in different segments of the world. However, this last one just makes me laugh!
