It was another liberal hit piece, and as I previously pointed out, there was no statistical basis whatsoever. The report on the number of civilian deaths was outright laughable -- the author effectively said, "We don't know how many were killed, so I'm just going to estimate it" -- before she pulled a number from her ass. The reason you guys are so misinformed is you read these news accounts without questioning the underlying basis.
