Okay, so adjusted for dilution of US$ it's static or has perhaps fallen somewhat, it's till pretty good for 300 million people including hordes of Mexican invaders and ghetto blasters.

Meanwhile, you can be sure that Brazil's GDP improvement includes a large amount of dilution too. It's what politicians do to collect more loot to spend on themselves, their buddies and supporters.
