AGPH made a strong comeback 29-1/8; for what its worth I bought more. I still believe there are bright days ahead for this company.

Poison pill in place in an attempt to prevent any takeover Comment: These are usually to prevent hostile takeover, but sounds like he was suggesting they're not for sale.

If a person protests too much, what he is protesting may be right. Dr. Peter Johnson's area is biotech research. I am sure he prefers doing that over managing a company and face the like of David Crossen etc.

I have a wild dream: Look at Merck (MRK). The last two days the stock shot up 10 points. Its product Crixivan is clobbered by Viracept and every month its market share dwindles. So far I know MRK does not have a presence in Biotech Beach (San Diego's answer to San Jose's Silicon Valley), where top biotech scientists are concentrated. A few months ago you cannot buy AGPH for $ 75. But now it can be had for about $ 55, or slightly half of a MRK share. My wild dream is that MRK might make a bid for AGPH with a stock swap. Roche is out of the way (except Viracept). Peter Johnson can do research full time. MRK gets Viracept and deemphasize Crix, but it stays as the leader in combatting AIDS. MRK gets more research in the pipeline and have a presence in that prestigious Biotech Beach of San Diego.

Oops, I just woke up. But if that dream comes true, you heard it first from this post.

Good Luck to All.

Paul
