As low as Brazil? <U.S. GDP has fallen more than somewhat since 2005 or so, when something closer to accurate than the deflator is used. Even using just reported real GDP, we're still far from the last peak. > You are nit-picking. You also seem easily bewildered. Maybe you hate people who don't have much money, but not everyone does. Why do you hate people with low incomes? Not everyone can earn a lot of money and not everyone wants to do so. There are some 10 million or 20 million Mexican invaders and they do not start Apple, Cisco, Microsoft etc. They live on the fringes with low incomes. There are millions of low income ghetto dwellers too who also have low incomes. Mqurice
