RPM - They should win , the law and rules are pretty damn clear , but I think this will be another case of " Too big to fail , too big for jail , too big to bother with the rules ,"
If this was a case of a little American company that was smart enough to catch a foriegn company napping the results would be a slam dunk .

You never can tell when an honest Judge will look at a case . Maybe RPM will trip over one .
