Tom the comment I have is I don't believe Dec. ending the qtr. will be a reversal or even signal one, it will be a continuation of negative earnings IMO. Also you should study more on Zooms product lines, you would benefit from knowing the answer to your question on the 56K upgrade method and how many of each type will be required, at what cost and to whom. A very general and basic answer is "yes & No". Some do some don't. Remember modems represent Zooms biggest portion of revenue and it pays to know what you can about them. Regards, Scrapps
