So, if you think he's done a 180 and thinks that ACA with its ACOs is a good thing, then I would have see some evidence of his having changed his position because I haven't seen it.


I think he's just saying that ACOs is not the best response to the ACA...that's what I read in the editorial. He doesn't say that ACA won't help, destroy, make matters worse, etc...any of the nefarious interpretations you assign to the article. He simply says that the system is fucked up and ACOs, which is a private (as not a government) response, won't make matters better. That's it...

Cost of health care have slowed...that has been reported by many news outlets. I don't think ACA is the reason... because ACA has hardly had any effect on things yet, despite your "doom's day is here" language.
