I agree on the thesys that Dawson left because of the lawsuit, and he is taking the helm today because the lawsuit is over. Maybe it was agreed with Reed to leave after the litigation. If this is correct, why Dawson should want to risk again a lawsuit? Because he does not think there will be one! Therefore, it should be true that production is behind the corner. Being a co-founder of the company, he probably wants to be there to collect the merits and rewards to be at the helm in the good days to come. This is a rational explanation dictated by an optimistic mind (mine) so please comment (I bought more at 5 1/2, I hope not to regret this further involvement with this company)
