pressure cooker

I used have one of those. My wife got rid of it unfortunately. As a single person I used it for making all kinds of stuff. Great for soups with pulses like lentils in them.

Dutch pea soup was a favourite of mine. You can cook it a lot faster with a pressure cooker.
