Jeffry, Agreed, Omar has been great - does his best to respond to shareholders (e-mail & phone) & in my gut level opinion is doing his best to be frank & clear. I had been confused with the mix of his "signiture" on SI posts under Jamess' account, and he quickly clarified that both on SI and in an e-mail to me (Jamess cutting & pasting an e-mail exchange without labeling it as such). Thanks to Mr. Clark for allowing him to dialogue with us directly.

Unfortunately, Omar probably has no direct direct knowledge of some of the items (contract details, directorship, lawsuits, etc.), just as I would not have that knowledge about similar items of m company. So we would probably be well advised to be carefull to not shoot the messanger.

If only we could get Mr. B or T to cordially drop by & visit with us wonderfull folks at SI, we might get some things clarified. :) Scott

The only thing about corresponding with the company is that they never say anything bad. When they are experiencing problems with production, it is always something that will be fixed shortly and no need to worry about anything. When Offie brought up the information about the lawsuits, all that they stated was that they didn't think they had any basis and would not have any material effect on the company. I don't think that it is the companies place to filter information for the shareholders. If they are, then what else are they not telling you?

Judging by the price of the stock, others don't think too highly of the company either. Where are all of these shares coming from? I don't think it is all disgruntled shareholders. It could be from all of the acquistions that they made in the past year to year and a half. Those stocks are not restricted the two years anymore, they are only restricted one now. Over the past couple of months there has been an increase in volume and a decrease in share price. Not a good combination. The bottom is only 10 cents away.

Sorry to be so negative, but I have only seen promises from this company. I might get back in when I see production. Looking at the latest predictions, that will be a year from now.

TTYL,
Eric
