Candle Stick, did you notice that the stock dropped right before the announcement again? Is this again the market makers shaking the tree of weak holders? I see this press release as extremely good news. The cap is off the stock. The shares are RESTRICTED that the swiss people got. JMAR has enough money to launch its product lines. That is good. The market is starting to respond. Bid is starting to inch up. Question for you: IS THIS THE BOTTOM?

Keep in mind that the market had to absorb 750k of shorts, bad market, and this private placement overhanging the market (now gone, thank goodness). Two investment conferences have passed which means more people are aware of JMAR. So the next positive release should have more punch. Also how many new analysts are going to pick up on JMAR.
And now $3.4 million to launch the brightlight product lines.

Stick - Even if the private placement shares are restricted and can't be sold for some time, the buyers could have still shorted the shares recently, with plans to cover later. Right? I don't think there's a time limit on covering, is there? Of course, if they wait too long and the stock moves up sharply, would they be subject to a margin call? I've never shorted, so I don't know about this.
