Given the outcome......just maybe he did. And the IMF and Euro crowd were naive enough to believe him. It appears somebody left the back door open, and all the evil russians walked away with their cash as the 'best and the brightest' of Europe struggled to figure out how they stepped on their own dicks ( I believe she has one, though it is likely pneumatic.)
