That's probably why Homeland Security is stocking up on ammo. 1.6 billion rounds, to be precise. By the time Americans are forced to recapitalize banks directly with wealth taxes like this, executive orders strictly controlling gun ownership will have already been issued. It is not only the DHS that is stock piling ammunition. The SS department and Postal service have also bought up billions of rounds of hollow point ammo. This is what has caused the shortage in ammo and prices to sky rocket. Why do these agency's need hollow point ammo? The DHS just ordered 3,700 tanks for use on American soil. Why does the US government need tanks for use here?
