So now you've gone to an older article...these folks advocate practices that you don't support...most notably best practice boards, PA and NP clinics and the like...you perceive these policies as lowering of health care quality, but you also cherry pick their language to suit your bias...

Actually, I started at the older article in which the author of both articles flatly stated that Obamacare would stifle innovation, which was the original point I made and you guffawed about before I produced link after link supporting my statement, and in response to which you have produced nothing.

I have no opposition to NPs or PAs, other than in the context that it is a clear reduction in the quality of service that results from Obamacare. In effect, not only is Obama forcing those of us who buy our own insurance coverage to buy coverage for other people, the influx of all these people receiving healthcare which is paid for by us is resulting in a poorer quality of care for everyone. That seems neither righteous nor sensible -- for a number of reasons, but most notably, because that in and of itself will provide another negative influence of innovation.

In no way do I "cherry pick" their language. I'm simply pointing out that pretty much EVERYONE -- even the most knowledgeable leftwingers, recognize that Obamacare will stifle innovation. Which was where we started. And you've done nothing to refute that.
