CAUSE and EFFECT.. It's coming. NOT IF but WHEN. Now that's not doomsayer. But it is objective. The QUESTION will be is how effective was the temp fix so when the crap does unfold the system is strong enough to hold and then go forward. As a LONG I'm betting what they have been doing will succeed. The fix has not been perfect. Doesn't have to be. Just has to be strong enough to hold and build from. We will know such over time.
