Looking past Depocyte, let's talk a little about DepoMorph. My concern here is that there's no way to "undo" an injection, and this seems to go against the trend towards patient controlled analgesia - only use as much as you need. More important, are there any circumstances where the inability to turn off the morphine might be a real problem? If such circumstances exist, even if they are rare, this might pose a significant obstacle to its widespread use.
