The convertible stock is eligible to convert 3/98 at a floating price. If the price is very low they get more shares. If it is high they get less. There is a cartel theory floating here that the convertible cartel will try to violate anti-manipulation laws and keep the price down. They then convert to common and cover their shorts. The real bears think they convert and sell and drive the pric even lower then cover the shorts.

The bulls (and the mentally challenged, like myself) think a hot sales run with mega-hits like RealHelp will drive the price higher forcing the shorts to cover and avoiding a major dilution with conversion.

In any event, the thinking goes the price will be higher in July than January.
