so calif passing a law to help start up businesses in high tech get a tax break. 5 years later Calif reneges and makes them pay the taxes they got on the tax break plus......wait for it......INTEREST on that money. what a FUCKED up state. that's fascism . retroactive taxes and interest on it for something you did that was legal. Calif is no different than Cyprus Any business with half a brain (as Gov moonbeam says that's all califs. have) should leave that hell hole
