RLM< You and I are playing the same game. I sold some Dec 22.5 covered calls today- took a rational chance. On the othe rhand, I think that I will be a BUYER a Jan 22.5 calls since those calls close after the earnings release. Again as previously noted- I'm betting that it will take a couple of weeks (I hope!) to get back on track, and my guess is that Jan 98 earnings will still meet or beat estimates..... But the market is not rational! Look at AOL - "thunderous" $0.90 in earnings this year- yet it is selling for $82/share!!! And check out ASND today- UP 10% on a "rumored" buyout- rumored BS I bet!
