Makes sense. Thanks.

Anybody want to speculate on when this low seesaw ride will end?

I have been reading all the speculation here regarding the 4 companies and have some questions (that happens when you spend the day sitting in the house just watching the price drop :))!

We have been told the 50 million shares are held by 4 companies. We are now told the 50 million are not in certificate form, and "some" shares are now in the float.

Why does everyone assume that all 4 companies have sold shares into the float? We don't know who the companies are and if they are related in any way. One company may have sold shares and broken the contract. That would not mean the 3 other, not connected companies, chose to also break their contracts. If all 4 companies have separate contracts, and all 4 companies sold shares, then I would question how strongly the contract required the companies to hold the shares and to have them in certificate form.

We don't know the companies, we don't know how many shares have been sold, we don't know how many companies received a 30 day letter from EUTO, and we definitely don't know what the contracts say.

I guess what I am saying is that I just don't buy the speculation that the 4 companies are doing anything right now to affect the price. My guess is that stock is being sold by shareholders who are disappointed and not willing to wait and see how this plays out. This is a penny stock. Many people get in for the momentum play, and get out when nothing happens, or the end result is less optimistic due to more unknowns. It is easy to paint the MMs and the 4 companies as the cause. Everyone blamed the MMs for the massive illegal shorting, when we now hear there were 50 million shares in street name that the MMs could have legally been shorting. With all the selling yesterday and today, we don't even know if the number of shares accounted for in certificate form has changed.

There are just too many unknowns for anyone to know what is really going on with this stock right now. I hope Brad will provide some answers when he returns.

Still holding, but looking for answers.
