Wrong. The CBO projections of a deficit reduction assume that the sequester would take full effect.


I am not talking projections. As long as the sequester doesn't tip us into recession, and it shouldn't, deficits will decline even more than they have been. But deficits have been declining almost every year since Obama's second fiscal year. It is what happens when an economy starts to recover.
