Where is VVUS Managment this week?! Nina - Out for the week! CFO - Out for the week! President of Company - refuses to disclose whereabouts. Legal department - no one available. I just called the company to confirm whether in production on new plant and low and behold, managment seemingly all out on some trip. Went to Nina and CFO's voice-mail to find each out for the week of Dec. 1 and asked for President and told cannot disclose whereabouts (she did not connect me to his voice-mail). Asked for legal - no one available, left message for some woman in legal. (I'm an attorney and sometimes its easier to relate to another). So what's up folks? It could be a simple answer such as everyone is at a medical conference that everyone knows about but me. If that's the case, why the big cloak of secrecy by the point person operator??? Is the secrecy becuase management is off finalizing some huge deal? VVUS getting acquired??? What's up docs???? All opinions and speculation (make sure its obvious and not stated as fact) welcome.
