If Cheney is prosecuted, what does the nation gain. Like Noxon, he abused the power of his office. The reason he got away was because our system is weak. Maybe we need to change our system. Nixon got booted and that was punishment enough. But with Cheney, to do things now......does not make any sense to me. Now Cheney can point to Bush since the buck stopped at the oval office. But are you going to prosecute Bush for being a moron since he didn't care to verify what Cheney told him.
