The last time I went to an Islander/Philly game in Phili, a police officer said to me "if you need my help, I won't protect you." I said, "I'd rather be dead than have you protect me."

I'm going to the Islander/Phili game next Thursday at Wells Fargo Center.

French Canadian Kevin Poulin will be starting in goal for the Islanders tonight. The Isles blew a 3-1 third period lead to Ottawa and lost 5-3 on Tuesday as Nabakov let in some soft goals and the game winner with a minute to play. The Isles are killing me, but I love them.

I love the Islanders more than my Gold Mining Positions.
