You go and dig up a few media links based on total bullshit as "evidence" while totally ignoring the facts. What bullshit...c'mon...these were comments made by the CBO director. You are the one to dig up bullshit and then assign your interpretation to it. Very little of the program has been implemented yet and most of what is going on right now is providers scrambling to figure out how they will continue to provide services to Medicare and Medicaid patients. And the truth is they won't and they cannot because they lose money on every such patient they see. But you know it's a failure already...and I am not being objective? WTF? Give the thing a chance before you crap all over it. My friend had a total shoulder replacement last week. He didn't spend even a single night in the hospital; in effect, this most invasive of procedures was handled on an outpatient basis. Now, that is some kind of "cost savings". Some would say that is "good", but he endured unimaginable pain that night because he had the benefit only of oral pain meds, which seemed to me to be ridiculous. And that has what to do with Obamacare? Al
