Tejek, what is going on in this country, if you drill down to the bedrock of the problem, is that the conservatives do not think abstractly: Palin, Bachman, Beck, and all of CPAC. It is hard for a three diminsional figure to explain the third diminsion, to a person who lives only in the concrete two divisional world. Remember flatland? Look at what the pubs are dealing with! They want to appeal to minorities women, kids and gays, but they cannot change their ideals, their understandings, so they are trying to find a way to message their bigotry so the minorities won't mind. First that is a fools errand and won't work any more; but it is also the type of thinking that ruins this coutnry every time they get in to power.
