"Potentially human?" What else would an unborn child be? You don't know??? Everything is potentially everything. You don't think the fertilized egg just popped into existence out of the everywhere all decked out in 23 chromosome pairs do you?? Every fertilized egg and every sperm and every spot on your nose started billions of years ago. Everything combines and recombines continuously. Hell, the entire human race has only existed for the blink of an eye!

Along with the other liberal arts & education hating regimes that wanted total power & control, keeping populations subdued & placated by threat and rigid social hierarchies.
