If LU buys ASND, you just might see COMS at 20 - 25 before you know it. 3COM doesn't needed any added worries right now! LU would be able to lower the TNT and MAX,s price dramatically by suppling in house chips. LU would also be able to push further into the RBOC's than just ASND alone. I think its coming because LU would want to enter the sector before CSCO got a firm grip. It would be both an offensive and a defensive move. With Livingston and ASND, LU would be the clear leader in RAS.
