I'm suprised also but I think that a lot of daytraders took their profits. I'm still holding. There is more to go imo.

There are two reasons why it hasnt gone up higher. First, is that there is still a great deal of uncertainty about the deal and second the deal is 100% in stock. Deals in stock always have larger spreads then all-cash deals. It does look interesting at 9 1/2 though for a nice 30%.
