Me thinks wallstreet should stop calling us shareholders and call us by our real names--BAGHOLDERS.

I would not expect to see any large blocks trades on this stock today. Large holders will sell or buy in small amounts as not to upset the price too much as they change thier position one way or the other.

CR resigination/retirement is a bit suspicious. Why not anounce the news when the lawsuit was dismissed? Or at least hint that CR was planning to retire at year end and/or anounce the change if and when an agreement is reached with an OEM. Plus, why sell your shares if good news is just around the corner??

Was CR forced out? Maybe a positive as BoD may have felt progress with contracts and production was too slow and new/old CEO will get people excited about company again.

Did CR see the future? Maybe very negative. Could be he saw that production was not gonna happen soon (problems not yet public) decided he had better things to do then stick around Henderson and sold what he could.

This is not the Xmas present I was expecting.
