OBJECTION TO KENNETH EADE’S OBJECTION TO REPLY RE ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE Defendant Investorshub.com, Inc. hereby objects to the objection filed by Plaintiff Kenneth Eade, Docket No. 101. Kenneth Eade neither timely filed his opposition nor any objection thereto and has waived his right to respond or object to the timely filed Notice of Application and Application for Order to Show Cause Why a Contempt Citation Should Not Issue scheduled for hearing on April 1, 2013 at 1:30 pm. Pursuant to Local Rule 7-9, the Notice of Application and Application papers were to be served on March 4, 2013. Opposition papers were to be filed on or before March 11, 2013. Again, Defendant Investorshub.com, Inc. timely filed pursuant to both the local rules and according to the Court’s own instructions, which were provided at the last hearing, indicating the 28 day filing procedure. The Notice of Application and Application papers were served on March 4, 2013. Kenneth Eade did not file any opposition by March 11, 2013.
