I keep waiting for some ISPs to start targeting AOL customers by focusing on quality, price, and reliability.

"One fascinating finding was the tenuous relationship ISPs have with their customers. PC World found almost half the people it surveyed have been with the current ISP less than a year..."

I'll bet they're not switching to AOL. Of course AOL's clients may not know what an ISP is, or realize that AOL is an ISP, or that AOL is their ISP. :-D
