Dear Tim: I beg to differ. While telecommunications operating companies, such as ATT, MCI, Sprint, ATI are not high-tech companies, all telecom equipment or infrastructure companies are definitively high-tech. The systems that LOR is building are highly complex, both from the areospace and telecom point of view. In fact, it is far more a tech company than all PC makers such as DELL or CPQ, which in fact are fairly low-tech. Best regards, Bernard Levy
