Tom,

There is class action lawsuit in process, against TEAL
management. I also found out, there is a $ 2 million dollar accounts receivable,which may be written of as bad debt. If you included the $ 2 million in the $3 share cash value, you may want to rethink your your postion. As I said before, the product is excellent, but management ethics is questionable.
