Showing rain all week, starting tonight. They've been technically correct the last few times, cuz once, I got about 0.01 inches, and then they said "today and tomorrow", and I got about 0.005 B4 midnight and another 0.005 after. The one rain this month was good; maybe 1.5", but we need a lot of 3" ones. SF had 4 cloudy days in Jan/Feb; the average is 21. We had big rains the end of Nov; 7 inches overnight caused some flooding in town. Had 17 inches that week.
