I got the $46 target from my ML broker. He said, according to ML's "latest" research, analyst set a $46 target for ORCL. My broker didn't mention in what time frame though.

It seems we are talking about the same source, and I like $47 target better.

I read an ML report last week on Bloomberg and they did say they had a target of $46 within one year. He did reiterate his buy and thought the quarter would be strong (Let's hope he's right again!!)
