John, Talked to CFO yesterday. Said company was on track to meet projections this quarter (their weakest of the year). He also said both Lehman and JP Morgan were trying to learn more about the company since they didn't understand the business very well. Overall, this is a positive situation but it could still take a week or so before the selling stops. It let up today and there were firm bids at 5. There are just no buyers. Any strong buying will send the stock up quickly so be patient. The downside move has been overdone. Karl
