Scott, don't forget December, Dec. is tax loss sellings, and I believe only a few Investors. >1%(have a gain) or a portion of 99% will be selling zenith for a tax loss.

How is it even possible for him to offer 100M shares -- there are only 65M shares outstanding, and only 27M in the float! Anyway, it sounds like you have some more direct information than the tea leaves I was reading. Still, would you agree that it seems there are no "real" big institutional sellers? Thanks. ==John
