How does this measure up against IBMs copper process?

Xerogel seems to be a trade name that TI is using to describe
their form of the broader class of material called aerogels.
Another aerogel of sorts are the thermal tiles on the space
shuttle.

In my mind the aerogel insulator is a far bigger deal than the
copper metalization.

Fuchi, the copper only affects the 'back end' of the process
flow and does not obsolete the all the tooling.
