I agree for the most part but the Obamacare part and the PHS isn't what is happening. PHS isn't part of DHS and only PHS may be detailed on a short term basis to DHS. Not only that, PHS officers don't have a clue about tactical or stratigic military operations, at least for now unless its going to be a biochem war. That's the part that is scary but the problem with a biochem war is that its indiscriminate killing.
