re Scenario, Not sure what you are asking. Stocks are getting overbought if you look at the individual Market Gauge graphs. One can step through with the next graph tab at the bottom of the page. marketgauge.com IMHO, we head down again within the next few days, maybe even tomorrow. How far is anyone's guess. John PS - I found the link while doing an Alta-Vista search on "Working Group on Financial Markets" which gave me about 60 hits. I thought I might find a smoking gun comment or question about stabilizing the stock market, but nothing yet. I did find there is a joint Japan/US Working Group on Financial Markets, which I thought was interesting. (The US Working Group on Financial Markets is real and was established by Executive Order 12631 Signed: Mar. 18, 1988 Fed. Register page and date: 53 FR 9421; Mar. 22, 1988)
