Not sure what you are asking.

Stocks are getting overbought if you look at the individual Market Gauge graphs. One can step through with the next graph tab at the bottom of the page.

IMHO, we head down again within the next few days, maybe even tomorrow. How far is anyone's guess.

PS - I found the link while doing an Alta-Vista search on "Working Group on Financial Markets" which gave me about 60 hits. I thought I might find a smoking gun comment or question about stabilizing the stock market, but nothing yet. I did find there is a joint Japan/US Working Group on Financial Markets, which I thought was interesting.
