Did you see the Italian high court has ruled that Amanda Knox must stand trial again? I barely understand the court system in the US let alone in other countries but IMO a person shouldn't be forced to go thru a murder trial twice. I suspect they will find her guilty and create an interesting case for extradition. I don't understand the motivation behind this...i suspect that they know Knox won't go back for trial...Sollecito however, her boyfriend, I suspect is in real trouble again. As it turns out, she doesn't have to be there for the trial. However, if they find her guilty, that's when extradition will become an issue. Sollecito is studying in Genoa. If I had been him, I would have gone to Switzerland to study.
