Yeah Ted, it started showing up on my usual news feeds shortly after I asked you for a link. As for double-jeopardy, I don't remember if Amanda Knox was acquitted or if the charges were simply dropped. Seems like if it were the latter, the Italian Supreme Court wouldn't have to rule on the matter. The prosecution could just refile the charges. I don't know how the Italian court system works, but I do remember getting a traffic ticket mailed to me in California from Florence. The ticket said that I'm considered guilty until proven otherwise. That would NEVER happen here in America. Tenchusatsu
